Returns are not accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE.

 

Exchanges

If an item is defective/wrong item, please email us contact@blahchicbeauty.com within 3 days of receipt for replacement of same exact item if in stock at no charge. If item is no longer in stock, we will gladly exchange for another item same cost. Pictures of defective item will need to be sent via email at contact@blahchicbeauty.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as to we have a 5 days exchange policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Refunds only issued if item has not been shipped.
